By using BrickStacking, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The Service

BrickStacking is a personal goal and habit tracking tool. You can use it to log progress toward whatever you're working on.

Your Responsibilities
---------------------

You are responsible for:

- Keeping your account credentials secure
- All activity that occurs under your account
- The accuracy and legality of any data you enter
- Using the service in a lawful manner

Provided "As Is"
----------------

**This software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.** We make no guarantees about:

- Availability or uptime
- Data preservation or backups
- Fitness for any particular purpose
- Bug-free operation

Use this service at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of Liability
-----------------------

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service, including but not limited to:

- Loss of data
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your Data

You own the data you put into BrickStacking. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us permission to store and display that data back to you as part of operating the service.

You can delete your account and data at any time through your account settings.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

- Violate these terms
- Abuse the service or other users
- Engage in illegal activity

We may also discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
